To start a return, you can contact us at commercialdehydrator608@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As our dehydrators are large unit with full stainless steel structure, Which is heavy with wooden package. We can not support returning the goods once you have received the goods. Please do confirm if it is suitable for your drying demand before purchasing it. You are warmly welcomed to get more actual working video and photo of all our dehydrators from us, Hence you can make the right decision.
 
Refunds
We support refunds without reasons within 5 days after the order is confirmed. Which mean you can get your money back within 5days after placing the order. We can not support the refund during the delivery or after receiving the goods. Please do consider it very well before making the purchase. We will absolutely provide all the information you may need to help you make the right decision. While under the worst case that you can not receive the goods eventually or goods has been lost, You will either get the refund or another new replacement.
